When another child already has the same active pass, a parent receives 30% off for the second child and 50% off for a third or later child. Each child keeps a separate access period. Family discounts do not stack with upgrades or other offers.

Yes. Upgrade an active SAT Pass to SAT + ACT, or an eligible active pass to All Access. You pay the eligible price difference and the upgraded pass keeps the current end date.

A paid pass belongs to one student. Students can buy for themselves; parents select or create a child after signing in. Teachers can assign available work, while each student keeps separate access.

No. Exam passes are one-time purchases for 12 months. Hikavo does not automatically renew them.

A purchase may qualify for a full refund within 7 days only when no paid content has been accessed and no generation credits have been used. Starting an exam, opening a paid question, viewing an answer or explanation, or spending a credit makes the purchase final. Duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, material service failures, and refunds required by law are reviewed separately.
